Venice Judo Team Strikes Gold at USJA National Championships (December 2-3, 2006)

Representing Team Venice were from left to right, Gina Levine, Julia De Mars, Mika Licudine and Gabriel Licudine in the junior divisions, Annemarie Kelleghan and Ronda Rousey( not pictured) in the senior divisions. The team won a total of five gold and one silver medal. Annemarie won the 48 kg women's division with Ronda picking up double gold in the women's 63 kg and 70 kg divisions. Gina won gold in the 9 year old lightweight and Julia picked up our fifth gold in the 8-year-old heavyweight division. Mika Licudine earned the sole silver medal in the 5-6 superlightweight division.
